No. We serve everyone in Hampton Roads.

No, not for all services. Some services, particularly around housing and mail-order condoms, do require you to live in Hampton Roads. However, most services are free and open to all.

Yes. We have Spanish-speaking staff across the organization, and interpretation services are also available by phone and video. You can request an interpreter at any time while accessing our programs and services.

Building hours
Norfolk and Hampton locations
• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Tuesday, Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The Clinic at The Center
• Monday through Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Lab hours are extended until 7:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Pharmacy
• Monday through Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Free HIV, Hepatitis C, and STI testing
Norfolk and Hampton locations
• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Tuesday, Thursday: 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Please schedule ahead when possible. The final testing appointment begins 60 minutes before closing. Testing is not available on the third Wednesday of each month from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. because of staff meetings.

Pride Pantry
• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
