Health & Dental Insurance
Single and family coverage, vision discount program, 75% of employee cost and 50% dependent coverage paid. HSA (Healthcare Spending Accounts) with fixed amount per month towards FSAs.
Paid Time Off
Three weeks (15 days) vacation for the first three years and at the beginning of their fourth year, they receive four weeks (20 days). New employees receive two floating holidays, plus four hours sick time per pay period; eight hours per month. Paid jury duty and bereavement are also available.
