What are some of your skills, abilities, talents?: Financial Planning, Public Speaking, Fundraising, and Coaching
How did you become interested in this position?: A few years ago I worked with the LGBT Life Center during my tenure as an Executive Director of a nonprofit and learned a great deal about the wonderful work of this organization. After meeting with Stacie this year, I was interested in supporting the LGBT community with my time and talents.
What makes our organization’s mission powerful to you?: The organization’s history and continued success supporting our LGBT community and the focus on “transformative education and advocacy” that needs to be a continued focus every day!
What is an interesting thing about you that most people don’t know?: I love my quiet moments of prayer, meditation, reading and spending time with my family. In addition, I love playing golf!
What would you like to say about joining the LGBT Life Center Board of Directors?: I’m excited to add my contributions to the LGBT Life Center and support our future impact and growth.
