Norfolk, VA (Dec. 14, 2023) — The Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development (Virginia DHCD) released a report outlining the successful results of recently conducted grant monitoring reviews for LGBT Life Center, the largest LGBTQ+ and HIV housing provider in the state.
