Where’d you come from and what’d you do there?
I am coming to Life Center from Health Brigade in Richmond, VA where I was the HIV Testing and Prevention Program Manager
I’m here to help you with…All things testing, sexual wellness, PrEP, DoxyPEP and more!
How did you become interested in working at LGBT Life Center? This is actually my second time at the rodeo! I worked as a Community Navigator here a little over 4 years ago. I left to pursue some opportunities for growth in Richmond but am so excited to be back in this new role and look forward to working with the Prevention Team to improve our approach and impact within the community.
What’s an interesting thing about you that most people don’t know? I was here at Life Center for most of the pandemic and during the quarantine days, I spent a lot of time improving my cooking skills, I now love working with pastries and sauces! I can make a mean roux!
What excites you most about being at the LGBT Life Center? I’m most excited to be back and working with such a talented and dedicated team. I remember how much pride the team had for the work and reaching the community when I was first here. Glad to see some familiar faces and even more new ones!
