This recognition celebrates young professionals across Hampton Roads who are shaping the region through leadership, service, and innovation — and Chris exemplifies all three.
Over the past decade, Chris has helped raise more than $2.2 million for local nonprofits, including $1.4 million in the last year alone for LGBT Life Center’s Hampton expansion. His leadership has been instrumental in growing our services, strengthening operations, and ensuring our work continues to center the health and well-being of our community.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Chris is a passionate advocate for equitable healthcare access, HIV prevention and education, and the arts. As Executive Director of Todd Rosenlieb Dance and Virginia Ballet Theatre, Chris helped revive the professional dance company post-COVID, ensuring that creativity and community connection remained alive in Hampton Roads.
