LGBT Life Center’s in-house clinic in Norfolk is now open and seeing patients, bringing connected, accessible care to our community.

Here’s everything you need to know about The Clinic at The Center and our pharmacy services.

What is The Clinic at The Center?

The Clinic at The Center is our in-house clinic, now operated directly by LGBT Life Center.

Same location as the former partner clinic inside The Center. Expanded care. More connection between services.

It’s all designed to make healthcare easier to access, easier to navigate, and more responsive to our community.

What can you come here for?

At The Clinic at The Center, you can get:

• Primary care
• HIV care and testing
• STI testing and prevention
• Gender-affirming care, including HRT
• PrEP, DoxyPEP, and sexual health services
• On-site and mail-order pharmacy services

All from a team that understands and is here for you.

If you were a patient with NPS Healthcare

You can still receive care in the same location.

But because LGBT Life Center now operates the clinic, you will need to sign up with The Clinic at The Center to continue receiving primary care and clinic services.

Getting started is quick and easy, and only takes a few minutes.

Why do I need to sign up?

We use a secure website and app called Healow.

Healow allows you to:
• Sign up as a patient
• Schedule appointments
• View HIV/STI lab results

Signing up is how you’ll continue your care at The Clinic at The Center, and it keeps everything in one place.

Monday – Thursday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Fridays | 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Lab Hours: Monday – Thursday 8am – 7pm, Fridays: 8am – 3pm

Pharmacy Services in Norfolk + Hampton

We offer on-site and mail-order pharmacy services through NPS Pharmacy, our pharmacy partner, now available in both Norfolk and Hampton.

What pharmacy services include:

• On-site and mail-order prescriptions
• PrEP, free for most, low cost for everyone
• Co-pay assistance programs for qualifying patients
• Support for uninsured patients
• Help navigating insurance options
